Goal of the Activity

The main goal of the climbing wall activity was to promote teamwork, integration, and physical well-being among Erasmus students. By participating in a shared  experience, students had the opportunity to step out of their comfort zones, build trust, and strengthen communication skills. The activity also aimed to encourage an active lifestyle and create meaningful connections between international students studying in Białystok.

Description

The activity took place at the climbing wall located at Przędzalniana 60 in Białystok. Erasmus students gathered for a guided climbing session where they learned basic safety rules and climbing techniques before trying different routes on the wall. Participants supported and motivated each other throughout the event, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere. The experience was both challenging and enjoyable, leaving students with a sense of achievement and stronger bonds with one another.

Outcomes

The climbing wall activity at Przędzalniana 60 in Białystok created a very positive and energetic atmosphere among the Erasmus students. It encouraged teamwork, mutual support, and helped participants overcome personal challenges. The activity was well-organized and provided a great opportunity for integration and building new friendships in an active and engaging way.
