The Cooking Class represents an intercultural and socializing experience. Participants participated in artisanal gelato making, discovering the key ingredients and basic techniques. During the activity, students actively collaborated, sharing experiences, curiosities, and food-related traditions in an informal and inclusive atmosphere. The cooking class concluded with a tasting of the gelato they had prepared together.
