Goal of the Activity

Accidents can happen anytime, anywhere — and often when we least expect them. Knowing how to respond in those critical first moments can make all the difference.
🌟 Become the person who knows what to do. 🌟
We invite you to take part in our First Aid Training Event, an engaging, hands-on session where you’ll learn essential skills such as CPR, wound care, emergency response techniques, and how to stay calm and effective when it matters most.
Whether you're a student, colleague, or simply someone who wants to be prepared, this training will give you the confidence to act quickly and correctly in emergencies. 💖

Description

he activity was organised as a practical First Aid workshop, during which participants learned how to react in emergency situations, provide basic medical assistance and respond effectively under pressure. The workshop included demonstrations, hands-on practice and guided exercises, allowing students to develop real-life skills such as CPR, wound care and safe intervention techniques.
Participants also had the opportunity to work with professional equipment, practice on manikins and ask questions to clarify procedures. The goal of the workshop was not only to teach practical techniques, but also to increase confidence, responsibility and awareness of how quick action can save lives. The session encouraged active participation, teamwork and long-term skill development.
