The goal of this activity is to help active ESN members better understand the Event Coordinator, Treasurer, and Web Page Administrator roles, while motivating them to take initiative and consider applying for these board positions in the future and fostering active citizenship and a culture of volunteering within ESN.
In this online workshop, the Treasurer, Event Coordinator, and Web Page Administrator respectively presented their statutory and additional responsibilities. They answered participants’ questions, helping them gain a clearer understanding of these roles as well as the overall functioning of ESN at section level. In the final part of the session, a case study was given to participants, where they were asked to discuss how they would act in such situations, followed by feedback provided by the board members.
