The aim of ESN Paris Camp was to prepare the members of the executive committee and board of directors for the new association year by training them for their roles, strengthening cohesion and collaboration, and supporting them in developing a clear and shared annual strategy.
This initiative aimed to ensure that each participant knew how to fulfil their role, manage and value volunteers, and carry out projects aligned with the association's annual objectives.

Description

ESN Paris Camp is a weekend event for members of the executive committee and board of directors, aimed at preparing for the new academic year and strengthening their skills.
The programme combined training on their roles, workshops on volunteer management and development, as well as team-building activities.
The focus was on developing a clear and shared annual strategy, enabling participants to define the association's objectives, draw up concrete action plans, and prepare to carry out projects throughout the year.
By the end of the weekend, each member was trained in their role, able to collaborate effectively and implement the annual strategy.
