Dear internationals,
Have you ever seen the world's longest castle? 🏰 Would you like to explore the impressive Burghausen Fortress, stretching over 1km along the scenic Salzach river? 🌊 Join us for a fun day trip to this fairytale destination just 1.5 hours from Munich!
We'll enjoy a guided city tour through the historic old town and the massive 11-tower castle complex in the morning, then have free time in the afternoon to wander, grab lunch, or visit the castle museum.

🎒 WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
- Valid train ticket (Deutschlandticket) 🎫
- Comfortable clothes and walking shoes 👟
- Picnic in case you don't wanna go to restaurant 🌽
- Cash for lunch and souvenirs 💸

🤔 WHAT DOES THE TRIP LOOK LIKE?
We meet at Munich Hbf platform 8 at 9:00 am sharp. The train departs at 9:07 am and takes us to Burghausen in about 2 hours. In the morning, we do a guided city tour that includes the famous Burghausen Castle, Europe's longest castle stronghold with its 11 impressive towers. In the afternoon, you have free time to explore the town at your own pace, visit the castle museum, or enjoy local cafes.

🤔WHEN DO WE RETURN?
We plan to take the train back to Munich at 4:45 pm, so you will be back in Munich around 6:54 pm.
