To showcase ESN LSMU to potential volunteers and active members, and organize ice-breaker activities and meeting with department heads (e.g. Events, Treasurer, PR) to get to know the cogs of the ESN machine (no i didn't use ChatGPT, i came up with that myself :D).
We started the event by talking about what ESN is, and our reach across Europe. We talked about the structure of our section and its heads, and the benefits of joining ESNLSMU.
We then proceeded to have an icebreaker task, where people banded in groups to complete ESN-related tasks.
Finally, we rotated among the committee heads to show all the parts of ESN and what each role entails.
All this while providing them with snacks for the evening.
Outcomes
Our message was very well received by all the attendees (we didnt scare anyone away so thats a good thing)
