Big Teambuilding (Afterparty Apocalypse) is one of our most important events in terms of strengthening relationships between members of our team, interesting workshops and creative programs. The creative team created a program for the whole weekend – it consisted of games that supported team thinking and working together, for example navigating through maze blindfolded with help of your navigator. It built trust and tested our skills. During games, we were separated into four teams that competed against each other and in order to win we had to cooperate in a team which boosted team spirit.
