The goal of this activity is to raise awareness about animal welfare and encourage students to engage in social responsibility through volunteering. It also aims to support the daily needs of the shelter animals while fostering empathy, compassion, and community involvement among participants. In addition, the activity promotes teamwork and helps students understand the importance of protecting and caring for vulnerable animals.
Participants visited a local animal shelter to spend time with the animals and support the shelter staff in their daily tasks. The activity provided an opportunity to contribute to animal care, learn more about shelter conditions, and promote kindness toward animals while creating a meaningful and rewarding group experience. It also allowed participants to reflect on social responsibility and strengthen their emotional connection with community service.
