To immerse international students in the local culinary traditions of Palermo and facilitate social integration through a shared traditional dining experience.
Description
Discover the heart of Sicilian food culture at "La Grotta della Vucciria"! This activity is designed to promote social and cultural integration by bringing students to a traditional local venue. Participants will experience an authentic "Giro Pizza," learning about local ingredients like panelle and crocchette while engaging in intercultural dialogue over a communal meal. The informal setting provides a perfect opportunity for students to practice their Italian language skills with locals and peers, strengthening their connection to the local community and the ESN family.
